Case study: from two emails to a business that runs itself
A UK print business had an online booking system that did two things. When a customer paid, it emailed the customer and it emailed the site owner. That was it. Everything after that relied on someone remembering to do it. By the time I’d finished, the same system ran the whole job from payment to the accounts.
