Click Sign In and choose which apps to enable (Mail, Notes etc).
Why is my email going to spam? ►
If your outgoing emails are landing in spam folders, several things could be causing this:
Check your SPF record
SPF tells receiving mail servers that your hosting is authorised to send mail for your domain. Check your DNS for an SPF TXT record — it should include your mail server. If missing, add:
v=spf1 include:spf.20i.com ~all
Set up DKIM
DKIM signs your outgoing email digitally. Enable it in your control panel under Email > Email Deliverability.
Check your content
Spam filters flag: excessive capitals, too many links, words like “FREE!!!”, image-heavy emails with little text, and no unsubscribe link in bulk emails.
Build sender reputation
New domains and IPs have no reputation. Start with small volumes and genuine engagement to build a positive history.
How do I set up an email forwarder? ►
Email forwarders send copies of incoming emails to another address — useful if you want email@yourdomain.co.uk to forward to your Gmail.
- Log into control.infinitelives.co.uk
- Go to Email > Manage Email
- Click Forwarders
- Click Add Forwarder
- Enter the source address (e.g.
info) and the destination email - Save
All email sent to the source address will now be copied to the destination. The original mailbox can still receive and store messages if it exists.
How do I create an email autoresponder? ►
An autoresponder sends an automatic reply when someone emails you — useful for holidays or acknowledgements.
- Log into your control panel
- Go to Email > Manage Email
- Click Autoresponders
- Click Add Autoresponder
- Set the email address, subject, message body and active dates
- Save
The autoresponder will activate on the start date and disable on the end date automatically.
WordPress Help 8
How do I log into my WordPress admin? ►
Your WordPress admin is usually at:
https://yourdomain.co.uk/wp-admin
Log in with the username and password you set when WordPress was installed (or that we sent you). If you have forgotten your password, click Lost your password? on the login page and a reset link will be sent to your admin email address.
How do I update WordPress, themes and plugins? ►
Keeping everything updated is essential for security and stability.
- Log into yourdomain.co.uk/wp-admin
- Go to Dashboard > Updates
- Click Update Now for WordPress core if an update is available
- Select all plugins and click Update Plugins
- Select your theme and click Update Themes
Always take a backup before running updates — your hosting includes daily backups, but a manual backup before a major update is good practice.
How do I restore a backup? ►
Your hosting includes daily automatic backups. To restore one:
- Log into control.infinitelives.co.uk
- Select your package
- Go to Web > Backups
- Choose the backup date you want to restore from
- Click Restore
You can restore the entire account, just the files, or just the database. If you only need to roll back a database change, restore the database only to avoid overwriting any file changes you have made since.
Restores overwrite current data. If you are unsure, contact us first and we can advise or perform the restore for you.
How do I add a new page or post in WordPress? ►
Adding a Page
- Go to Pages > Add New in your WordPress admin
- Enter a title and your content using the block editor
- Set the page template if needed (right sidebar > Page Attributes)
- Click Publish
Adding a Blog Post
- Go to Posts > Add New
- Add your title, content, a featured image and set a category
- Click Publish
Pages are for static content (About, Contact, Services). Posts are for blog articles and news with dates and categories.
How do I change my WordPress admin email? ►
- Log into your WordPress admin
- Go to Settings > General
- Change the Administration Email Address
- Click Save Changes
WordPress will send a confirmation email to the new address. You must click the link in that email to confirm the change. Until confirmed, the old email remains active.
How do I change my WordPress password? ►
- Log into your WordPress admin
- Go to Users > Profile
- Scroll down to Account Management
- Click Set New Password
- Enter your new password (use the strength meter as a guide)
- Click Update Profile
If you are locked out completely, contact us and we can reset it via the database.
How do I speed up my WordPress site? ►
Site speed affects both user experience and Google rankings. Here are the most effective improvements:
1. Use a caching plugin
WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache or LiteSpeed Cache (if available on your server) create static HTML versions of your pages so they load much faster.
2. Optimise your images
Large images are the most common cause of slow sites. Use ShortPixel or Imagify to compress images automatically. Aim for images under 200KB.
3. Use a CDN
A Content Delivery Network serves your static files from servers close to your visitors. Cloudflare’s free plan is excellent and easy to set up.
4. Remove unnecessary plugins
Every plugin adds load time. Deactivate and delete any you are not actively using.
5. Choose a fast theme
Page builder themes (Divi, Elementor-heavy sites) are often bloated. A lean, well-coded custom theme makes a significant difference.
My WordPress site shows a white screen or error — what do I do? ►
A white screen (White Screen of Death) or PHP error is usually caused by a faulty plugin, theme conflict or PHP memory limit.
Step 1: Enable debugging
Add these lines to your wp-config.php file (via FTP) before the “That’s all” line:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
Then check /wp-content/debug.log for error messages.
Step 2: Deactivate all plugins
Via FTP, rename /wp-content/plugins/ to /wp-content/plugins-disabled/. If the site comes back, rename it back and reactivate plugins one at a time to find the culprit.
Step 3: Switch to a default theme
Via FTP, rename your active theme folder. WordPress will fall back to a default theme, letting you isolate a theme conflict.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact us and we can investigate.
Billing & Account 5
How do I pay for my hosting? ►
We invoice via email. Payment can be made by:
- PayPal — via our Pay Deposit page or invoice link
- Bank transfer — details on request
Annual payments are available at a discount compared to monthly billing. Contact us to switch to an annual plan at any time.
What happens if I miss a payment? ►
We will send reminder emails before and after a payment is due. If a hosting payment is significantly overdue, your account may be suspended (files are not deleted — just inaccessible) until payment is received.
If you are having difficulties, please contact us before your payment date and we will work something out. We would rather keep you as a client than suspend your site.
How do I cancel my hosting? ►
Contact us at 1up@infinitelives.co.uk with at least 30 days notice if you wish to cancel. We will:
- Provide a full backup of your files and database
- Help you migrate to your new host if needed
- Close your account cleanly
There are no cancellation fees or tie-in contracts on any of our plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan? ►
Yes — contact us at any time and we will adjust your plan. Upgrades happen immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
If you are unsure which plan is right for you, we are happy to review your usage and advise.
How do I get a receipt or invoice? ►
All invoices are sent by email at the time of billing. If you need a copy or a formal VAT receipt, email us at 1up@infinitelives.co.uk and we will send one over promptly.
Domains & DNS 7
How do I register a domain with Infinite Lives Group? ►
We can register domains on your behalf as part of a hosting package or as a standalone purchase. Contact us at 1up@infinitelives.co.uk with the domain name(s) you would like and we will check availability and provide a quote.
We support most popular extensions including .co.uk, .com, .uk, .net, .org, .io and many more.
Domain prices vary by extension — .co.uk and .uk domains are typically very affordable, while premium extensions like .io cost more. Ask us for current pricing.
How do I change my nameservers? ►
Nameservers tell the internet where your domain is hosted. To use Infinite Lives Group hosting, your domain needs to point to our nameservers:
ns1.stackdns.com ns2.stackdns.com
Log into wherever you registered your domain and look for DNS, Nameservers or Domain Settings. Replace the existing nameservers with the ones above. Changes typically propagate within a few hours but can take up to 48 hours.
What is a DNS record and what do the different types mean? ►
DNS records map your domain name to various services. Here are the most common types:
| Record | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|
| A | Points domain to an IP address | yourdomain.co.uk → 185.x.x.x |
| CNAME | Points a subdomain to another domain | www → yourdomain.co.uk |
| MX | Directs email to mail server | mail.yourdomain.co.uk |
| TXT | Verification, SPF, DKIM records | v=spf1 include:… ~all |
| NS | Nameserver records | ns1.stackdns.com |
| AAAA | IPv6 address record | Points to IPv6 address |
DNS records are managed in your control panel under Domain > DNS or through your domain registrar if you are not using our nameservers.
How do I add a subdomain? ►
- Log into control.infinitelives.co.uk
- Select your package
- Go to Domain > Subdomains
- Enter your subdomain name (e.g.
shopfor shop.yourdomain.co.uk) - Choose the folder it should point to
- Click Add Subdomain
Subdomains are useful for blog.yourdomain.co.uk, shop.yourdomain.co.uk, or staging.yourdomain.co.uk. They can point to the same or a different folder than your main site.
How do I set up a redirect? ►
To redirect one URL to another (e.g. redirect www.oldsite.co.uk to your new site):
- Log into your control panel
- Go to Web > Redirects
- Click Add Redirect
- Enter the source URL and destination URL
- Choose 301 (permanent) or 302 (temporary)
- Save
301 redirects pass SEO value to the new URL — use this when permanently moving a page. 302 does not pass SEO value — use this for temporary redirects.
How do I renew my domain? ►
If we manage your domain registration, we will contact you before it expires with a renewal invoice. Pay on time and we will renew it automatically.
If your domain is registered elsewhere, you need to renew it through that registrar. We can also transfer your domain to us to manage everything in one place — just ask.
Domains that expire are released back into the public pool after a grace period and can be registered by anyone. Never let a domain you need lapse.
What is an SSL certificate and how do I get one? ►
An SSL certificate enables HTTPS on your website, encrypting data between your visitors and your server. Modern browsers show a padlock icon for HTTPS sites and warn visitors on HTTP sites that they are “Not Secure” — which kills trust and conversions.
All our hosting plans include a free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate. It is usually activated automatically when your domain points to our servers.
To check or activate it manually:
- Log into your control panel
- Go to Web > SSL / TLS
- Click Install Free SSL
The certificate renews automatically every 90 days — you do not need to do anything.
Security & Backups 4
How do I secure my WordPress site? ►
Security is not optional — WordPress sites are regularly targeted by automated attacks. Here are the most important steps:
1. Keep everything updated
WordPress core, themes and plugins. Outdated software is the most common route for hackers.
2. Use strong passwords
Use a different strong password for WordPress, your email, FTP and your hosting control panel. Use a password manager like Bitwarden.
3. Install a security plugin
Wordfence (free version is excellent) adds a firewall, malware scanner and login protection.
4. Enable two-factor authentication
Add 2FA to your WordPress login using the WP 2FA plugin. Even if your password is compromised, attackers cannot get in without your phone.
5. Limit login attempts
Wordfence does this automatically, or use Limit Login Attempts Reloaded.
6. Change the default login URL
Using WPS Hide Login, change /wp-admin to something less obvious. This eliminates the vast majority of brute force attempts.
How do backups work? ►
Your hosting includes daily automatic backups of both your files and your database. Backups are retained for 30 days, meaning you can roll back to any point within the last month.
To access backups:
- Log into control.infinitelives.co.uk
- Select your package
- Go to Web > Backups
We also recommend installing a WordPress backup plugin (UpdraftPlus is excellent and free) to keep an additional copy in cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox.
My site has been hacked — what do I do? ►
Stay calm — it is fixable. Here is what to do immediately:
- Change all passwords — WordPress admin, FTP, hosting control panel, database and email
- Restore a clean backup — Go to your control panel backups and restore from a date before the hack occurred
- Scan for malware — After restoring, use Wordfence or Sucuri to scan for any remaining malicious files
- Update everything — WordPress, all plugins and themes
- Remove unused plugins and themes — These are often attack vectors
- Contact us — If you are unsure at any stage, get in touch and we can help
If you need urgent help, email 1up@infinitelives.co.uk with “URGENT” in the subject line.
How do I add an extra layer of security to my login page? ►
You can password-protect your WordPress admin directory at the server level, which stops attackers from even reaching your login page:
- Log into your control panel
- Go to Web > Password Protected Directories
- Navigate to the
wp-adminfolder - Enable password protection and set a username and password
This adds a basic auth prompt before the WordPress login form — attackers will hit this barrier first.
Web Design Services 7
How does the web design process work? ►
Our process is straightforward and designed to give you a great result with minimal stress on your end:
- Brief & Quote — Tell us what you need. We come back with honest advice, a clear scope and a fixed price.
- Design & Approve — We design your site and present it before a single line of code is written. You approve the look and feel first.
- Build & Test — We build on a staging environment, test across all devices and browsers, and get every detail right before you see it.
- Launch — We migrate your domain, go live, and hand you the keys. Training, hosting and ongoing support all available.
How long does a website take to build? ►
A typical business website takes 2–4 weeks from brief to launch. Larger projects with e-commerce, custom functionality or complex designs take longer.
We give you a realistic timeline upfront and stick to it. The biggest variable is usually how quickly content, images and feedback come from the client side — the faster you respond, the faster we move.
How much does a website cost? ►
We do not publish fixed prices because every project is different — a simple brochure site is a completely different job to an e-commerce platform with custom features.
What we promise: a clear, fixed quote before any work starts, and no surprise invoices at the end.
To get a quote, get in touch with a description of what you need. We usually come back within one working day.
Do you build on WordPress? ►
WordPress is our primary platform, but not our only one. We also build on:
- WooCommerce — for e-commerce on WordPress
- Shopify — for standalone e-commerce stores
- Custom PHP / Laravel — for bespoke web applications
- HTML/CSS/JS — for static sites with no CMS needed
We recommend the platform that best fits your project, not the one that is easiest for us to build on.
Will my site work on mobile? ►
Every site we build is fully responsive and mobile-first by default. We test on real devices — iOS, Android, various screen sizes — before anything goes live.
Mobile traffic accounts for over 60% of web traffic for most businesses. A site that does not work perfectly on mobile is losing you customers.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance? ►
Yes. Once your site is live you can:
- Host with us and we handle server maintenance, security updates and backups
- Ask us for changes, updates and new features at any time
- Pay for a monthly maintenance package covering updates, monitoring and priority support
We build long-term relationships with our clients, not one-off transactions. Many of our clients have been with us for 10+ years.
Can you redesign my existing website? ►
Yes — website rebuilds and redesigns are a significant part of what we do. Whether your site is outdated, slow, not mobile-friendly, or just not converting, we can rebuild it properly.
We do zero-downtime migrations — your current site stays live until the new one is ready, then we switch over seamlessly.
We can also migrate your site from another host to ours as part of a redesign or independently.
Troubleshooting 6
My website is showing a 404 error — what is wrong? ►
A 404 means the page cannot be found. Common causes:
- WordPress permalink issue — Go to Settings > Permalinks in WordPress admin and click Save Changes without changing anything. This regenerates your .htaccess file and fixes most 404 issues.
- Missing .htaccess file — Connect via FTP and check if
public_html/.htaccessexists. If not, WordPress can recreate it when you save Permalinks. - Wrong URL — Check you are linking to the correct slug/URL
- Deleted page — The page may have been deleted or moved
My site is slow — how do I diagnose it? ►
Use these free tools to identify what is slowing your site:
- Google PageSpeed Insights — Scores your site and provides specific recommendations
- GTmetrix — Detailed waterfall view of loading times for each resource
- Pingdom Tools — Simple speed test from various locations
Common fixes: compress images, add caching, enable Gzip compression, reduce plugins, use a CDN, and ensure your hosting plan suits your traffic level.
My email is not sending or receiving — what do I do? ►
Work through this checklist:
- Check spam/junk folder — Many emails land there due to spam filters
- Verify your email password — Try logging into webmail. If that fails, reset your email password in the control panel
- Check your SMTP/IMAP settings — Common mistake is using the wrong port or server address. See our email setup guides above
- Check your mailbox quota — A full mailbox will bounce incoming emails. Delete old emails or increase your quota in the control panel
- Check DNS records — Incorrect MX records prevent email delivery. Your MX record should point to
mail.yourdomain.co.uk
If none of the above helps, contact us with as much detail as possible — including any error messages you see.
How do I check if my site is down? ►
Use downforeveryoneorjustme.com to check if your site is down for everyone or just for you. If it is just you, the issue may be your internet connection, browser cache, or local DNS.
Try:
- Opening the site in a different browser or incognito window
- Clearing your browser cache
- Trying on a different device or internet connection
- Flushing your DNS: in Windows CMD run
ipconfig /flushdns
If the site is genuinely down, check our Status Page for any known issues, or contact us.
I cannot log into WordPress — what do I do? ►
Try these in order:
- Use Lost Password — Click “Lost your password?” on the login screen and reset via email
- Check caps lock — Passwords are case-sensitive
- Try a different browser — Clear cookies first, or use incognito
- Reset password via database — If email reset is not working, we can reset your password directly in the database. Contact us.
- Plugin conflict — If a security plugin like Wordfence has blocked your IP, it will show a specific message. We can whitelist your IP.
How do I clear my browser cache? ►
Clearing cache fixes many issues where a site looks broken or old content keeps showing after an update.
| Browser | Shortcut |
|---|---|
| Chrome | Ctrl+Shift+Delete (or Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac) |
| Firefox | Ctrl+Shift+Delete |
| Safari | Cmd+Option+E (empty cache) |
| Edge | Ctrl+Shift+Delete |
Select Cached images and files and clear. Then reload the page.
You can also do a hard reload (bypasses cache for one page load) with Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac.

How do I log into my hosting control panel? ►
Your hosting control panel is powered by 20i and is accessible at:
Use the username and password sent to you in your welcome email. If you have lost your login details, contact us at 1up@infinitelives.co.uk and we will reset them for you.
First time logging in?
We recommend changing your password immediately after your first login. Go to Account > Change Password in the top-right menu.
How do I install WordPress? ►
WordPress can be installed in just a few clicks from your control panel:
- Log into control.infinitelives.co.uk
- Select your hosting package
- Click Web > One-click Installs
- Click WordPress
- Choose your domain and fill in the admin username, password and email
- Click Install
WordPress will be installed within a minute or two. You will receive an email confirmation with your WordPress admin URL (usually yourdomain.co.uk/wp-admin).
If we built your website for you, WordPress is already installed and configured — you can log straight into your admin area.
How do I point my domain to my hosting? ►
To point a domain to your Infinite Lives Group hosting, you need to update its nameservers. The nameservers to use are:
ns1.stackdns.com ns2.stackdns.com
You update nameservers with whoever registered your domain (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap, 123-reg). Log into their control panel, find DNS or Nameserver settings, and replace the existing entries with the ones above.
Nameserver changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate worldwide, though it is usually much faster (often under an hour).
Already using us for your domain?
If we registered your domain as part of your hosting package, it is already pointed to your hosting — nothing to do.
What are your server locations? ►
We offer hosting on servers in two locations:
| Region | Server Location | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| UK | London, England | UK businesses and websites targeting UK visitors |
| USA | Dallas, Texas | US businesses or global audiences |
If your audience is primarily UK-based, choose UK hosting for the fastest load times. Google and other search engines also consider server location as a minor ranking factor for local SEO.
What is the difference between your hosting plans? ►
We offer three UK plans and two USA plans:
| Plan | Price | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Small Business UK | £100/yr or £10/mo | Single small websites, blogs, starter businesses |
| Silver UK | £200/yr or £25/mo | Growing businesses, WooCommerce shops, multiple domains |
| Infinite UK | £350/yr or £50/mo | High traffic sites, agencies, unlimited features |
| Silver USA | £200/yr or £25/mo | US-based audience, same features as Silver UK |
| Infinite USA | £350/yr or £50/mo | US high-traffic, unlimited USA hosting |
All plans include free SSL, daily backups, email hosting and one-click WordPress. Upgrading is easy — contact us at any time.
FTP & File Management 6
What is FTP and how do I use it? ►
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) lets you upload, download and manage files on your web server using software on your computer. It is used for things like uploading website files, editing PHP files, or transferring large files that would time out via a browser.
What you need
- An FTP client — we recommend FileZilla (free, filezilla-project.org)
- Your FTP credentials (see below)
Finding your FTP credentials
- Log into control.infinitelives.co.uk
- Select your package
- Go to Web > FTP Accounts
- Your FTP hostname, username and a password reset option are there
How do I connect to FTP using FileZilla? ►
- Download and install FileZilla
- Open FileZilla and go to File > Site Manager
- Click New Site and give it a name
- Enter your details:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Host | ftp.yourdomain.co.uk |
| Protocol | FTP or SFTP |
| Port | 21 (FTP) or 22 (SFTP) |
| Logon type | Normal |
| Username | Your FTP username |
| Password | Your FTP password |
Click Connect. Your server files will appear in the right panel. Your local files are in the left panel. Drag and drop to transfer files between them.
Your website files are in the
public_htmlfolder.
Where are my website files stored? ►
All your website files are in the public_html directory on your server. This is the web root — anything in this folder is publicly accessible via your domain.
Common file locations
| Location | Contains |
|---|---|
/public_html/ |
Your main website files |
/public_html/wp-content/themes/ |
WordPress themes |
/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ |
WordPress plugins |
/public_html/wp-content/uploads/ |
Media uploads |
/public_html/wp-config.php |
WordPress config (contains DB credentials) |
Never delete
wp-config.php— it contains your database connection settings and your site will break without it.
How do I use SFTP (secure FTP)? ►
SFTP is more secure than standard FTP as it encrypts your connection. We recommend using SFTP whenever possible.
The setup is the same as FTP in FileZilla but use these settings:
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Protocol | SFTP – SSH File Transfer Protocol |
| Host | ftp.yourdomain.co.uk |
| Port | 22 |
| Logon type | Normal |
Use the same username and password as your regular FTP account.
How do I manage files using the control panel? ►
If you prefer not to use FTP, there is a file manager built into your control panel:
- Log into control.infinitelives.co.uk
- Select your package
- Go to Web > File Manager
The file manager lets you browse, upload, download, edit, rename, move and delete files directly in your browser. You can also edit PHP, HTML and CSS files with a built-in text editor — useful for quick changes without connecting via FTP.
How do I set correct file permissions? ►
File permissions control who can read, write and execute files on your server. Incorrect permissions are a common cause of WordPress errors.
Recommended permissions
| Type | Permission | Numeric |
|---|---|---|
| Folders/Directories | rwxr-xr-x | 755 |
| Files | rw-r–r– | 644 |
| wp-config.php | rw——- | 600 |
To change permissions in FileZilla: right-click the file or folder, choose File Permissions, enter the numeric value and click OK.
Publishing & Guest Posts 4
What is your publishing network? ►
Infinite Lives Group owns and operates a network of content websites across various niches. We offer guest posting, sponsored content and link placement on these sites as a service to businesses and SEO professionals looking to build their online presence.
All sites are real, established, regularly updated websites with genuine traffic and domain authority — not link farms or PBNs.
How do I submit content for publication? ►
- Browse the available sites in our Publishing Opportunities section
- Select the site(s) that match your niche
- Click through to see the requirements, pricing and contact details for each site
- Get in touch to confirm availability and submit your content
We review all submitted content for quality before publishing. We do not accept thin, AI-spun or keyword-stuffed articles.
What makes a good guest post? ►
- Original content — not published elsewhere
- Genuinely useful — helps the reader, not just the submitter
- Appropriate length — minimum 600 words, ideally 800–1500 for most niches
- Natural links — links should make sense in context, not feel forced
- No keyword stuffing — write for humans first
- Images — relevant images improve engagement significantly
How long does it take for my article to be published? ►
We aim to publish accepted content within 3–7 working days of receiving the final approved version. During busy periods this may extend slightly — we will always keep you informed.
For Sale — Domains & Websites 6
What types of things do you sell? ►
Our For Sale section lists three types of assets:
- Domains — Registered domain names only. You get the domain, no website included. Useful if you want a great domain to build on.
- Websites — Complete built websites with the domain. May include content, design, social accounts and email setup depending on the listing.

How do I make an offer on a listing? ►
Click through to the individual listing page and use the Make an Enquiry or Make an Offer button. Fill in your details and offer amount in the form that appears.
We respond to all genuine enquiries within one working day. For serious offers we may request a short call before proceeding.
How does buying a domain work? ►
Once an offer is accepted and payment received, we transfer the domain to you via the relevant registrar. The process depends on the extension:
- .co.uk / .uk — We initiate a transfer via Nominet. You confirm via email. Usually complete within 24 hours.
- .com / .net / .org — We provide an EPP/auth code. You enter it at your registrar. Transfer takes 5–7 days.
We guide you through the transfer process and it is usually straightforward. You do not need any technical knowledge.
Can I pay by PayPal? ►
Yes — most listings with a fixed Buy Now price have a PayPal payment button on the listing page for immediate purchase. We also accept bank transfer for larger amounts. Contact us if you need an alternative payment method.
Are the listed prices negotiable? ►
Listings marked “Make an offer” are explicitly open to negotiation. Fixed-price listings are set at what we consider fair market value, but sensible offers on any listing will always be considered — the worst we can say is no.
What is included with a website purchase? ►
Each listing specifies exactly what is included, but typically:
- Domain transfer to your registrar
- Full website files (WordPress, theme, all content)
- Database export
- Any social media accounts linked to the site
- Email accounts (where applicable)
- Brief handover call to walk you through everything
Hosting is not included — you will need to arrange hosting for the site once purchased. We can host it for you on one of our packages if you wish.
