How much does a website cost?
Every project is different, so we don't publish fixed prices — a simple brochure site is a very different job to an e-commerce platform with custom features. What we can promise is a clear, fixed quote before any work starts and no hidden extras. Get in touch and we'll give you an honest figure fast.
How long does a website take to build?
A typical business website takes 2–4 weeks from brief to launch. Larger or more complex projects take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content, images and feedback come from the client side.
Will my site work on mobile?
Every site we build is fully responsive and mobile-first by default. We test on real devices across iOS and Android before anything goes live.
Do you only build on WordPress?
No — WordPress and WooCommerce are platforms we know extremely well and use regularly, but they're not the only tools in our kit. We also build on Shopify, custom PHP, Laravel and other frameworks. The platform we recommend depends on what your project actually needs — we'll always tell you which we think is the best fit and why.
Can you help with SEO?
All our sites are built with on-page SEO fundamentals in place — clean code, schema markup, proper heading structure, fast load times and keyword-focused content. For ongoing SEO work, content strategy and link building, ask us about our SEO and marketing services.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes — we offer managed hosting on UK and USA servers with daily backups, free SSL and 99.9% uptime. You can also host your site elsewhere and we'll still build it — but most clients find it simpler to keep everything under one roof.
I’ve seen your website — will mine look like that?
Ha — fair question. Our site is a deliberate choice, not an accident. We don't really use our website to attract new clients — we're fortunate to have a steady stream of work through recommendations and a long-standing network of clients who keep coming back and referring others. So rather than building ourselves a corporate showcase, we built something we actually enjoy — something a bit fun and relevant to some of our bigger clients who happen to be in retro gaming and tech. Your site will look exactly how your brand and your audience needs it to look. That's the whole point of bespoke.
